Make this year’s team Christmas one to remember

This year, skip the usual Christmas hamper or yet another round of office drinks in Christmas jumpers. With your team, or simply on your own, you travel to the future. You glance back at the year behind you, then look mostly ahead: what does your ideal future look like?

You choose how you travel: online, on your own or with your team, or on location, together in one room.

Perfect for a light-hearted Christmas celebration. Or put it straight to work: with a personal question, as a team day or as the kick-off for next year's strategic plan.

Imagine this

It is Christmas Eve 2031. You look back on a few years that still make you smile. A lot has happened, and most of it exactly as you hoped.

And then the big question: how did that happen?

That is what we find out together, one-to-one or with your team. In the team versions you can count on spectacle and a few hilarious moments (those come free). At the same time the trip has a serious core: an honest look at the year ahead. Above all at the human side: how you work together, what gives you energy and what connects you. Would you rather bring a concrete challenge your team is facing? That works too. The team session on location is particularly well suited to that.

What exactly happens along the way? I'll keep that to myself for now. All I'll say is this: you board as a traveller and come back with a picture that stays with you.

And once you can see the future, you start to long for it.
