Holland Future Center (Corné van Mechelen, Chamber of Commerce (KVK) 30209104) helps leaders with masterclasses and programmes around connective leadership. For that purpose I process as little personal data as possible, and only with a clear reason. On this page you can read what that data is.

Which data I process and why

Registrations for masterclasses and the newsletter. If you register for a masterclass or want to watch the recording of a masterclass afterwards, I ask for your first name and email address. I use these to send you the confirmation, practical information and (if you choose to receive it) the recording. Only if you explicitly tick the box do I keep you informed of news from Holland Future Center afterwards. This data is stored in Brevo, my mailing system, which processes it within the EU.

Contact and bookings. If you email bookings@hollandfuturecenter.nl or schedule a call, I use your data only to answer your question and arrange the appointment.

Programmes with measurements. Additional, stricter arrangements apply to the Executive Energy Scan and the MT Energy Monitor: DNA and measurement data remain with the participant and the executing party (niFGo, under a data processing agreement), reports are for the participant only, and I delete a report once the programme has ended. I never share individual results within a group; in team programmes I work only with anonymised, aggregated patterns. This is agreed with you in writing beforehand, for each programme.

Statistics

I measure visits to my pages at a general level (numbers of page views and which link brought you here) to see what works. For this I use no advertising or tracking cookies and I do not build profiles of visitors.

Retention and sharing

I do not keep data longer than necessary: registration data for as long as you want to be on a list (you can unsubscribe at the bottom of every email), accounting records for the statutory period of seven years. I do not sell or share your data with third parties, except with the services I need in order to do the above (such as Brevo for email) and only for that purpose.

Your rights

You may access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email bookings@hollandfuturecenter.nl; I respond within a few working days. If we cannot resolve the matter together, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
